Lavender essential oils have a calming scent as well and this makes it an amazing natural remedy for anxiety.  Lavender essential oils can also be helpful in curing migraines, headaches, emotional stress, depression, and nervous tension.


There is growing research that lavender is helpful for reducing acne. Lavender contains antimicrobials and antioxidants that soothe and nourish the skin.  Try dabbing a cotton swab with lavender essential oil and put it on any acne sores before bed for best results.

Lavender is effective reducing muscle pains and aches.
