Shipping Options

All orders are shipped from Edmonton, AB, Canada through Canada Post.  There are several shipping options.  Expedited shipping is the standard Canada Post shipping method, but you are able to select Express for faster delivery.

Orders are considered delivered when Canada Post sends confirmation that the package was successfully delivered to the shipping address provided.  Clear Scents is not responsible for nonreceipt of orders due to improperly submitted, inaccurate, or incomplete shipping address.

One-Day Express Delivery (Edmonton, AB customers)

Enjoy up to 3x savings on shipping costs on orders worth $25 or more with our fast, low cost $4.99 one-day local express delivery option within Edmonton, AB. How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow up to 7 business days to process and ship your order.  Processing and delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.  Deliveries typically arrive within 4-9 business days.  We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been placed.

Diffuser Return Policy

Clear Scents offers a 100-day warranty on every aroma diffuser.  We guarantee that your diffuser will be free of any manufacturing defects or we will exchange or refund your money, no questions asked.  The warranty does not cover damages from misuse or destruction by the user.  If for any reason you are having a problem, please contact customer service here or by email at clearscents.yeg@gmail.com.
